Delivery
Currently, we accept payments and deliver within the whole of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands (VAT will not be charged on deliveries to the Channel Islands, however special delivery rates apply).
We use Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce courier to get your order to you. Once an order is placed, in-stock items are sent out the same or next working day (payments by cheque or bank transfer need to clear first). We can offer:
Standard Delivery: £3.75 (inc VAT) on orders up to £100, FREE on orders over £100; usually takes 2-5 working days.
Express Delivery: £6.75 (inc VAT) for any size of order; usually takes 1-2 working days (next working day for orders received before midday on the previous working day, some remote areas and islands of Scotland might take longer).
For your convenience we can deliver to a different address than your own - for instance work, friends or neighbours. The postman or courier will require a signature.
If a single order consists of more than one item, individual items might be sent separately, so don't worry if the whole order doesn't arrive in one parcel (we will still only charge the single package rate for the whole order). We also regularly deliver to other countries - please contact us for a quote.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the timing of delivery suggested on this site or by our representatives, or requested by the customer.
Your guarantees
30 Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a no quibble 30 day refund guarantee for retail customers. If you change your mind please contact us to arrange a return and return the goods to us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, and we will refund the value of those goods. With returns due to cancellations we ask that you arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For your own protection we strongly recommend that you get proof of posting - we will need this in order to give you a refund should the goods go missing on their way back to us.Refunds are usually made within 5 working days following return of the goods, and will be made to the credit card used for the purchase. Accordingly, refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
2 Year Manufacturers’ Guarantees
All of our products are covered by 2 year manufacturers' guarantees - as authorised retailers we deal with any problems on your behalf, providing refunds, replacements or spare parts as appropriate.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If goods are damaged or faulty on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than three days after receipt, to report the nature of the damage or fault and to arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund reasonable costs of returning damaged or faulty goods to us.
All our goods are checked before despatch, so any damage is likely to have occurred in transit. Don’t forget that you have the option of not accepting the goods from the postman if they have obviously been damaged. We cannot offer reductions on damaged or faulty items. You can choose to have a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund including reasonable costs of returning the item to us if required to do so.
Where an inherent fault becomes apparent after a period of use, any refund or replacement may reflect the benefit of the use of the item to the date the fault becomes apparent. Many of the items we sell have easily replaceable parts - where an inherent fault is found in such a part we reserve the right to supply a replacement of this part only (this does not affect your statutory rights).
Replacement or refund terms do not apply where an item has been incorrectly installed and/or used.

These terms and conditions are deemed to include the contents of all advisory notes on the web site, including those available in the “Buying from LRW” section. Please ensure that you are happy with these terms and conditions and the contents of the other advisory notes before you place an order.
A contract between the customer and Lindy's Wine Rack for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched, at which point the goods are owned by and become the responsibility of the customer. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
These terms and conditions and your use of this web site are governed by United Kingdom law and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms and conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. These terms might be changed from time to time without notice. Such changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. All products are offered subject to availability.
